Orders and Shipping

We begin processing orders promptly and will email tracking information when available after shipment.

Returns

If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

For all other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Do not send products to a supplier address without written authorization. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within the United States. Free U.S. standard shipping on qualifying orders of $35 or more.
