Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy. If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery at hello@frompawtotail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

For all other returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
