The box arrived somewhat damaged, but the product was in good condition. I tried it with my cat and she loved it.
Everything came in perfect condition and works well. My cat was scared at first, but I think he's getting used to it. It removes hair and cleans the cat well. It comes with a charger and manual, very good.
It works really well if it evaporates the water and collects the hair effectively.

Excellent product. It does produce COOL steam. A little less than what you see in the photo (not as much as I thought), but it does produce steam. I added a few drops of essence and it changed my dog's smell. It's nice, easy to use, practical, and as far as you can see, safe and at an excellent price. Highly recommended!!

Delivery is fast, quality is good, steam comes out well, sucks well, especially for fluffy cats.
Just like the picture, I loved it, it was more than I expected, it removes almost all the dead hair and really helps prevent it from spreading. You won't regret it, I highly recommend it.
