Very easy to fill and to hang, also has straps to close the bag. seems to be firm enough to handle big and rough horses.
I've only used this for a couple of days but so far so good - seems to be as well made as any others i've purchased from mainstream local stores. It's very soft, doesn't feel like nylon like some others are and i really like that it's knotless so will be much nicer on the horses teeth. It's very big which actually makes it really easy to refill without having to take it off the gate/fence. At this stage i'll definitely be purchasing some more :) I haven't communicated with the store.
Very good ❤️ It’s large and fits a lot of hay. I still need to measure how much kg it can fit. But my horses can eat well from it. I am happy. It had a smell when unwrapped so i rinsed it first before use.

It's a good product, but for a horse's daily feed in the small size it fits very tight. These days I will buy another one in the large size.
